Delivery or Pickup
Receive your kit through delivery to the address listen on the form or choose a Berkeley Library location for pickup.

What's in the Kits?
Each menstrual care kit is thoughtfully assembled to consider personal preference and pain. Our kits contain, but are not limited to:
Daytime pads + Maxi pads
Infographics made by our Peer Advocacy Volunteers
Heated patches for pain
Body wipes
Menstrual cups
Reusable bag with handwritten notes
Eligibility & Guidelines
We aim to remove barriers to essential health security. Our initiative supports any individual in the community who requires assistance to manage their menstrual health with dignity and peace of mind.
- Limit of 100 care kits per shelter/institution per month
- Limit of 20 care kits per individual per month
- Available to residents and students within our regional service area (California Bay Area)
- No identification or proof of income is required for help
- New requests can be submitted based on availability every month
- If there are any issues, we will contact you through email
